This song by Stormzy is animated all the way through, the whole video has animated character, scenarios object and looks like an animation video. Throughout the whole video there are other effected put in, like flying, levitation and superpowers. The music video looks different to others as not a lot of people create music videos that are animated from the start to the end and is also something that Stormzy doesn't do, pretty sure he has never done it before.

The Weeknd - Snowchild

 This song is by The Weeknd, it is another music video that is animated all the way through and has animated characters, scenarios and objects. There is no other effects in this video other than animation, the animation makes the mood of the song come across a lot better and creates a really sad and dull mood and vibe, just like the artist aimed to do.

Gotye - Somebody that I used to know

This song by Gotye, only special effects in it. Throughout the video the actor as well as the background are painting bit by bit. This would be a special effect as it was done during the filming and wasn't something added in in post production. The way the achieved this effect was by painting and filming frame by frame so that you can see the process and transitions. Each transition is extremely smooth and very well done. 

Tame Impala - Feel Like We Only Go Backwards

 This song is by Tame Impala, in this video the effects used are 3D animation. The thing that I like about this video is that it is unique and different compared to other 3D animated music videos. For being unique and different I think that is the main reason that it makes the music video a lot more enjoying and actually keeps you engaged in watching and listening to it. In my opinion, the effect matches the video really well, the music is slow and gives a good vibe and the same goes with the animation, when there are transitions, they are in time with moments in the song, like drops and on specific notes. From what I can see, all of the effect is done in a software and there was no camera work or any filming done for this music video. All of it was created and edited in software similar to after effect.

Lil Skies - Red Roses

This music video is by Lil Skies, in this video the effects used are VFX, 3D animation. In this video there is a mixture of VFX some are glows around the actor which give him a nice effect and make him stand out and pop more in the scene. There is also colour effect making the whole image and scenario a different colour creating a completely different mood than there would of been without. Personally I like all of the effects and whole outcome of this video as it is one of my favourite music video.
